Join me for a sensory workshop for the Autumn Equinox to learn all about Rose and how I work with this beautiful plant medicine in my dispensary.

During the morning you’ll discover the folklore, magic and historical associations of Rose, as well as experiencing a tea tasting, using all your senses to experience with this heart opening plant.

Rose is historically known to support the physical and emotional heart, traditionally worked with for grief, anxiety and digesting emotions You’ll have the opportunity to sample different preparations of Rose including syrup, glycerite, teas and tinctures. I’ll also show you how to make your own Rose Water and you’ll get hands on and make your own Rose sugar to enjoy at home.

Everyone will also make up a bag of Apothecary Rose petals to take home.

Refreshments will be served during the morning and there’ll be plenty of delicious herbal teas during the session. Why not bring a friend or one of the family – you can also buy gift vouchers if you’d like to buy a present for a loved one.

Bring your notebook or journal to take notes, or an art journal and pens/art materials to record your experience.
