New herb workshops for spring!
Join me to make herbal spring tonics on Saturday 11th May from 10am-12.30pm at Prestbury Village Hall.
Bring an apron as you’ll be making tonics to take home to welcome in the spring! We’ll be diving into spring herbs such as Nettles, Dandelions, Chickweed and Cleavers, making tonics to taste, plus vinegars and blending teas for you to take home.
Refreshments and plenty of delicious herbal teas will also be included.

Join me for a sensory experience to learn all about herbal infusions and how I work with plant medicine in my dispensary.
You’ll make your own herbal infusion to take home after experiencing a number of organoleptic tea tastings using all the senses to taste and feel how the plant works in the body.
During the morning you’ll also learn about the folklore, magic and historical methods of working with the herbs too.
Refreshments will be served during the morning and you’ll sample plenty of delicious herbal teas during the session.

Join me in May when we’ll gather in circle to meet another herb. This is a sensory experience where you connect with a plant on an individual basis, I guide a meditation and we sit together and taste a tea without knowing what the herb is.
Each Club will be an hour and will allow you to get to know one herb in depth, including a guided meditation, tea tasting with journalling, folklore and sampling different herbal preparations.
Arrive with an open heart and mind to connect with medicinal herbs once a month.
Please note spaces are limited. Please bring wear cosy, comfortable clothes and bring a blanket

This is a sensory experience where you connect with a plant on an individual basis, with a guided meditation and we sit together for a tea tasting and the herb is revealed afterwards.
Each Club will be an hour and will allow you to get to know one herb in depth, there’s journaling and you’ll learn about the folklore, magic and some science behind the herb.

Join me for a sensory experience to learn all about Rose and how I work with beautiful plant medicine in my dispensary.
During the morning you’ll learn about the folklore, magic and historical associations of Rose.
You’ll sample different preparations of Rose including syrup, glycerite, tinctures and teas.
Refreshments will be served during the morning and there’ll be plenty of delicious herbal teas during the session.
Everyone will go home with a bag of Apothecary Rose petals to make their own tea.

Join me on Saturday 5th October from 10am-12.30pm GMT to make Fire Cider and learn about all the powerhouse ingredients.
During the workshop I’ll talk you through the steps and we’ll make the Fire Cider together, you’ll learn about all the herbs we work with the science and the folklore and be given details on what to do next after the workshop.
Herbs will include Thyme, Rosemary, Garlic, Chilli, Ginger, Turmeric, Citrus, Onions and more.
This is a fun, hands on workshop and you’ll leave with lots of new knowledge and your jar of Fire Cider to enjoy over the winter months.

Do you want to support your health for the winter months?
Join me on Thursday 7th November from 7.00pm-8.00pm GMT to make Fire Cider and learn about all the powerhouse ingredients.
If you’re in the UK please book by noon on Wdnesday 30th October to allow time for your box of ingredients to be posted. You’ll receive everything you need to take part in the workshop, all the ingredients, the Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, all the herbs and spices and even a label to pop onto the jar.
During the workshop I’ll talk you through the steps and we’ll make the Fire Cider together, you’ll learn about the herbs and be given details on what to do next after the workshop.
If you’re based outside of the UK you can also join, but will need to gather your ingredients beforehand or you can simply attend to learn how to make Fire Cider. There’s a different price for those who don’t need the ingredient box. Email me for details.

Join me to make a herbal wreath in time for Christmas on Saturday 7th December from 10am-12.30pm at Prestbury Village Hall.
Bring an apron as you’ll be getting hands on to make your wreath using seasonal herbs to welcome in the festive season!
All the equipment will be provided including the herbs, foliage, decoration, ribbon, wreath rings, moss, wire and tuition.
Refreshments and plenty of delicious warming herbal teas and spiced apple juice will also be included.
